Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

Booking, Payment and Cancellation<\/strong>
\u2022 To secure a booking, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.
\u2022 Should you need to cancel your booking, you can advise us via email \u2013 quoting your booking reference number given in your confirmation email. Your cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written confirmation. Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less a \u00a330 administration charge per booking. No refund will be given for cancellations made 21 days or less before the scheduled arrival date. No refund will be given for early departures, failure to arrive on the booked arrival date, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, or changes in personal circumstances.
\u2022 Pitches are allocated at the discretion of site management. Requests for specific pitch locations, hard standings or other preferences will be noted and every reasonable effort made to accommodate them, but cannot be guaranteed.
\u2022 In the unlikely event that Springbank Leisure Caravan & Motorhome Park is unable to provide the booked accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund of monies paid.
\u2022 We reserve the right to decline any booking or refuse admission where, in our reasonable opinion, the facilities are unsuitable for the guest’s requirements or where admission may adversely affect the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other guests.<\/p>\n

Force Majeure<\/strong>
Springbank Leisure Caravan & Motorhome Park shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, utility failures, government restrictions, disease outbreaks, civil disturbances or any other force majeure event.<\/p>\n

Arrival and Departure<\/strong>
\u2022 Pitches are available from 1:00pm on the day of arrival.
\u2022 Guests must vacate their pitch by 11:00am on the day of departure.
\u2022 Guests expecting to arrive after 6:00pm should contact the park in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
\u2022 Only those persons included within the booking may occupy the pitch unless prior written permission has been obtained from management.<\/p>\n

Site Access, Security and Safety<\/strong>
\u2022 The caravan and motorhome park is located in a pleasant valley setting close to Church Stretton town centre.
\u2022 Access is via a 600-metre tarmac driveway running alongside the entrance to the Comprehensive School on Shrewsbury Road. The driveway contains two single-track sections of approximately 250 metres each. Guests should proceed with caution and ensure the route ahead is clear before entering these sections.
\u2022 A maximum speed limit of 5 mph applies throughout the park.
\u2022 CCTV operates throughout the site for the safety and security of guests, staff and property.
\u2022 Whilst every effort is made to maintain a peaceful environment, guests should be aware that occasional traffic noise from the A49 and passing trains may be heard.<\/p>\n

Guest Responsibilities<\/strong>
\u2022 Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party, including children, visitors and pets.
\u2022 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, particularly within the service building and communal areas.
\u2022 Guests must behave in a considerate manner and avoid causing disturbance to others.
\u2022 Quiet hours apply between 10:00pm and 8:00am. During these hours, noise should be kept to an absolute minimum.
\u2022 Electricity and water should be used responsibly and sparingly.
\u2022 The service building and all communal facilities must be left clean and tidy after use.
\u2022 Waste water disposal facilities are provided for both grey water and black waste. Guests must ensure waste is disposed of only in designated areas.
\u2022 Household rubbish must be bagged and placed in the appropriate bins. Recycling facilities are available for glass, metal and suitable plastic containers.<\/p>\n

Visitors<\/strong>
\u2022 Day visitors are permitted only with the prior approval of site management.
\u2022 Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and must ensure they comply with all site rules.
\u2022 Management reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors at any time.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong>
\u2022 Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site.
\u2022 Dog owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste appropriately.
\u2022 Dogs must not be left unattended anywhere on the site.
\u2022 Any damage or nuisance caused by pets remains the responsibility of the owner.<\/p>\n

Electric Vehicle Charging<\/strong>
\u2022 Charging electric vehicles from pitch electrical hook-ups is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorised by management.
\u2022 Unauthorised charging may result in additional charges and\/or removal from the site.<\/p>\n

Alcohol and Drugs<\/strong>
\u2022 Guests must consume alcohol responsibly and respectfully.
\u2022 Any behaviour resulting from excessive alcohol consumption that causes nuisance, alarm or disturbance to others may result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
\u2022 Anyone found in possession of, supplying or using illegal drugs will be required to leave the premises immediately and may be reported to the police.<\/p>\n

Campfires, Barbecues and Fire Safety<\/strong>
\u2022 Candles, fire pits, bonfires, fireworks are not permitted due to the risk of fire.
\u2022 Customers are welcome to use their own charcoal, gas or electric BBQs provided they are raised off the ground and placed on a suitable fireproof base that protects the grass and surrounding areas.
\u2022 Guests should familiarise themselves with fire points and emergency procedures upon arrival.<\/p>\n

Damage, Loss and Liability<\/strong>
\u2022 Guests are responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by themselves, members of their party, visitors, children or pets.
\u2022 Any damage to site facilities, buildings, services or grounds must be reported immediately. The cost of repair, replacement or specialist cleaning may be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
\u2022 All vehicles, caravans, motorhomes, awnings, tents, equipment and personal belongings remain on site entirely at the owner’s risk.
\u2022 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
\u2022 Whilst every effort is made to maintain facilities and services, no compensation shall be payable for temporary interruptions to electricity, water supply, internet connectivity or other utilities beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n

Right to Refuse Service or Remove Guests<\/strong>
Management reserves the right to require any guest or visitor to leave the site immediately, without refund, if they:
\u2022 Breach these Terms and Conditions;
\u2022 Cause nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to other guests;
\u2022 Behave aggressively, abusively or irresponsibly;
\u2022 Damage property;
\u2022 Compromise the safety, security or enjoyment of others; or
\u2022 Fail to comply with reasonable instructions from site management.<\/p>\n

Lost Property<\/strong>
\u2022 We cannot accept responsibility for property left behind following departure.
\u2022 Lost property will be retained for up to 28 days where practical.
\u2022 Items can be returned upon request, subject to postage and packaging costs being paid by the owner.
\u2022 Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after the retention period.<\/p>\n

Data Protection and CCTV<\/strong>
\u2022 CCTV recordings may be used for crime prevention, public safety and site management purposes.
\u2022 Any personal information supplied during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.<\/p>\n

E Scooters\/Remote Control Cars\/Drones<\/strong>
\u2022 Electric Scooters, Drones, remote control cars and similar items are strictly forbidden for use by customers on Park property.<\/p>\n

Customer Data Handling<\/strong>
